The Mail Lists currently are all based at Yahoo Groups. You will need to visit Yahoo Groups and become a member. Then you can subscribe to whichever group you want, and not just hibiscus!!! There're lots to choose from. THML - The Hibiscus mail List offers mostly hibiscus discussion on all aspects of their management and is the best Mail List to subscribe to for serious growers. Based in the US, there are subscribers from all over the world and there's sure to be someone from a climate like yours.
